My car looked like a little egg in a snow carton today when I went to run some errands around Salt Lake. 

I looked like a snowball after I finished shoveling the fresh powder off my sun roof. LOVED IT.

Tonight I went to see Silver Linings Playbook with J. It was really good – hit close to home – too close, sometimes. But the ending was hilarious, I was laughing SO hard I had tears rolling down my face.

After the movie I made myself a frozen hot chocolate with whip cream and mini chocolate chips. SO GOOD.

Directions:

• Blend 4 cups of ice, 2 cups of whole milk, and 5 packets of hot chocolate mix together.
• Mix 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar together until fluffy.
• Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on the top for decoration.
