Last day in the city.

Today I:

-Met Annie for breakfast at the crack of dawn.
-Walked west to my favorite place.
-Took my route through Central Park from the reservoir, to Bethesda fountain, over to Strawberry Fields.
-Sauntered down to the Columbus market where I bought pink earrings and a Christmas ornament.
-Took the train east and visited the New York Public Library.
-Walked from 41st to 23rd for birthday cake.
-Embraced my inner has-been.
-Got lunch, showered and packed for the trip home.
-Took the train out of the city.

Today I:

-Had brunch with a lot of old coworkers. Was really great to see them.
-Attempted to go to Rolf’s Christmas bar, but the line was really long.
-Walked through the lights at Lord and Taylor.
-Caught a snowflake on my tongue on 3rd avenue and 25th street.
-Went to my favorite restaurant on the UES, Libertador, with Mash and almost cried cause it’s so good — even though they charged my card four times and have yet to refund me.
-Did a face mask.

I’m still stuffed.

Nice little Saturday.

Today I:

-Slept in (even through the jackhammering)
-Ventured downtown with Mash to get a delish brunch and too much coffee with Molly.
-Gave Masha’s number to Ben, a cute booth vendor at the Union Square market.
-Visited Alexander on 24 Washington Square Park.
-Ate crinkle cut fries from Shake Shack WITH Wisconsin cheddar cheese sauce.
-Saw Moana at the 86th street movie theatre. Winter formal was really fun: After putting on hats made from alpacas, we started reminiscing on M+M’s Utah trip when we saw buffalo on Antelope island.

What a little hotmess dream.

Not pictured: Mash + I eating pickles we snuck in to the movie theatre.

Today I:

-Woke up to the 2nd avenue Subway jackhammers.
-Made oatmeal that I packed with me. #Nerd
-Met Masha for lunch on 51st and Lex.
-Tried on clothes and shoes at the stores on 86th.
-Took a nap.
-Walked by my old apt on the way to Suze’s. I think they added a new owl.
-Ate at Lovely Day on Elizabeth street with Mash + Suze.
-Got ice cream in 30 degree weather.
-Made my New Yorkers be tourists.
-Hung out in a s’cute studio apt.

Trying to stay warm. Miss ya! This ice cream is flavored to taste like the milk at the end of your cereal. And it does. Worth nearly freezing to death for!
#frozen/#lost: Doing it for the snap: Me + Suze hanging at Serena’s house: There she is! Her space is a damn dream.Â
